Their team has over 220 years experience in delivering advice and challenging policies on a wide range of issues.

As the Citizens Advice brand was removed from Northern Ireland, each of the regional offices were forced into changing their names and therefore required the need for a new website. Due to the sheer amount of users who require their services daily, it was important to work as quickly and diligently as possible.
CAAN’s main purpose is to provide the public with advice and guidance throughout all areas of life. Therefore, it was crucial that the website was designed with the end user in mind. Simple navigation ensures the required information is accessed easily, whilst the look and feel reminds you that the source is professional and reliable.
In a typical year Community Advice Antrim & Newtownabbey receive over 50,000 enquiries, attend over 200 tribunal cases and generate over 8 million pounds.
Citizens Advice became Community Advice and a slightly dated website became a modern replacement which is user friendly and easy to navigate.
Community Advice Antrim & Newtownabbey update their website regularly through the content management system (CMS) WordPress and are more than happy doing so via the easy to use platform that was implemented.
