Background
Round Safely is a platform that helps healthcare providers educate students, empower patients, and free clinicians to focus on patient care. Their goal is to provide smarter video solutions that promote safer healthcare practices.
Round Safely is currently exploring the use of machine learning technology to simplify administrative tasks, allowing healthcare professionals to focus on delivering high-quality medical care. They are also developing innovative clinical systems that they believe will revolutionise the healthcare industry. These systems will rely on video and voice technologies to accurately document the patient’s care journey.
Through their commitment to digital media, Round Safely is working to improve the healthcare experience for both patients and providers.
The Project
Our objective was to create a healthcare app that offered a range of features to improve the safety and quality of healthcare. Given the diverse user groups and demographics, it was crucial to prioritise good user experience (UX) throughout the design process.
To achieve this goal, we divided the project into two parts: one for clinicians and another for healthcare students. This approach allowed us to tailor the UX design to meet the unique needs and requirements of each user group.
Evaluation
The demonstrated success of Round Safely throughout universities is a testament to the successful user experience design of their application and accompanying website.
